Villa 01 sits on a sloped site outside Ardabil, organised around one continuous board-formed concrete wall that runs the full length of the plan and separates the public and private halves of the house.
Every room takes its proportions from that wall — light enters low and horizontal, and the material palette was kept deliberately narrow: concrete, oak and blackened steel.
